Shipping
Each piece is handmade by me, so please allow time to process your orders. U.S. orders usually arrive 3-4 days after shipping. You will see the estimated delivery date when entering your address at checkout. If you need your order sooner, please message me, and I’ll do my best to expedite the process.
International Shipping
International orders will also display an estimated delivery date at checkout. If you need your order expedited, please contact me, and I will do my best to process it faster. Once your order has shipped, please keep track of it using the provided tracking number.
Orders are shipped via USPS, and once your package arrives in your country, it is typically transferred to your local postal service. After this transfer, you should track your package through your local postal service's website, as tracking updates may no longer appear on the USPS site. Be sure to keep your tracking number and use it on your local postal service’s website to continue monitoring your package after it arrives in your country.
Please note that Ayselia Jewelry is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, and you will need to handle them with your local customs office.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We require that you send us a message with a picture within 7 days of receiving the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged. In such cases, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and I will do my best to resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds
Since we only offer refunds for damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. If the refund is approved, we’ll notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund.
